I’d definitely recommend to just biting the bullet and do both doors, and better yet, even before they break. I just replaced mine since I was already removing the panels to upgrade my speakers, and sure enough, three of the plastic pieces were cracked, and another one disintegrated in my hand when I was inspecting it.

You can get small led fluorescent tubes that use 12v-30v. I replaced the ballast in an antique desk lamp with a 12v wall bug from my box of power supplies and the LED tube works great.

For anyone considering new wipers... You can install 22" beam-style wipers on both sides of a 2004-2008, 2009-2014, 2015-2020, 2021-2024 F150. They work perfectly and sit much lower than conventional blades. Full length contact to glass as well.

Y didn't I watch this video first? It 'twas the Y for my 2004 FX4. After I ordered a pump for $8... Weird because the driver's side was working for a bit then they both petered out a dribble. BTW a carefully placed stainless screw will hold the 2 covers together (just under the hood lip).

You need a special led bulb to bypass the ballast? I bought some Harbor Freight replacement bulbs to bypass the ballast

Am I missing something? You've gone directly from connecting just your 2 pair red/blue to power on? Without connecting the black/white/ground?

You did an excellent presentation on the Berkey. I certainly understand your frustrations. I have the Royal Berkey, and the water tastes great. I perform a monthly cleaning to keep it maintained with a new scotch brite sponge and Dawn disinfectant dish soap. I have had a couple of issues along the way with spigot leaking, but always managed to get it up and running. It can be temperamental if not tightened just so, so I tend to baby the unit. Just hang in there with it, keep your unit clean, filters primed, and do a red dye test occasionally. Thank you for such an honest review ..

What did you do with the yellow wires???

My issue is the calcium deposits. After soaking in vinegar for 24 hours I can get the tool in those notches but it’s like the aerator is welded in place to the faucet due to the calcium. Trying WD40 next to hopefully help break it loose. I just cannot unscrew the aerator.

can you do this with all LED bulbs or do you need to have specific "no ballast" bulbs? I have t8s in now and one of the ballasts is bad.

Four years have passed and I hope the gate is still held up by those flimsy hinges.

one small note, when building a cross beam, always make sure that it is supported on the upper and lower boards, because the video shows that the gate you made has a diagonal beam supported on the lower one, and a side beam (away from the hinges), so that at the end of the gate there is a place (play) near the beam itself where the gate can fall gently (even a few cm gently for each m of the gate's length). Overall nice job!

if you had to do this "hot" and unable to turn off the lights.. would you first untwist the white then black or black then white and when re-twistting working last to begining.

Dont remove the yellow wire guys. I tried this whole process and it literally blew the tombstone and the bulb, then i had to rewire that whole yellow line back in. & thats a very hard thing to do when you snip them at the base. Plus i had to buy new bulbs and tombstones, so Instead Hook both red & both blue wires to the black/hot line & then hook both the yellow wires to your white/neutral line. Trust me, it works. i had to learn the hard way. Whats crazy is i had to work on the same exact panel shown in the video so i was confused on why it didnt work. I mean his way obviously worked for him but it didnt work for me. It almost burnt the house down lol but just because it didnt work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you so if it doesn't work for you, try it my way the next time. One of the two ways will work for you guys

so i put mine back together. is it still supposed to have a lot of resistance on the plunger? i see some videos of different style unloader valves that they compress with their thumb but even after cleaning mine(same style as yours) i can’t move it by hand. only in a vise.

Make sure to use T27 and make note of where the fitment bottom is bc the cable play length is very important. The bottom latch may not properly latch hold.
